Mynt offers real-time IPO allocation starting at 100 shares for GStocks PH users via GCash

Mynt Inc. (Mynt), the parent company of the group behind GCash, will hold its initial public offering (IPO) from October 6 to 12, 2026, at an offer price of ₱6.60 per share.

GCash is opening its parent company’s initial public offering to eligible users through GStocks PH, with a minimum subscription of 100 shares at ₱6.60 each, totaling ₱660.

Available directly in the GCash app, GStocks PH is powered by AB Capital Securities Inc., with no maximum order limit, subject to share availability.

Eligible subscriptions placed on October 6 and 7, 2026 qualify for real time allocation of the first 100 shares, while supplies last. Additional shares follow the regular IPO allocation process and are not guaranteed.

Order fulfillment begins October 8, with users able to monitor fulfilled, pending, or unfulfilled orders through their GStocks PH dashboard.

According to GCash, Mynt has received its Securities and Exchange Commission Permit to Sell for the October 6 to 12 offer period. The approximately ₱53 billion offering involves more than eight billion shares, with over 20 global and local institutions accounting for 70% of the allocation.

Simplifying the IPO process

Eligible users can open GStocks PH within GCash and transfer funds from their GCash wallet to their trading wallet. During the offer period, they can tap the Mynt IPO banner, review the offer details, accept the disclosures, enter their preferred number of shares, and confirm their subscription and payment.
